...and i'll tell you what, this bathroom easily takes first prize in 'best view from a public toilet' category...it's the only time i've ever found myself not wanting to get out of a public bathroom as fast as i possibly can...fortunately the view was just as well from the outside, though i still deemed it necessary to go back to the car, retrieve my camera, and go back into the bathroom just to take a picture of how good the view was...yeah that's pretty retarted now that i think it over...

...my only regret is that i didn't take more pictures, because there was something beautiful around every corner...this was right around dusk, and there are a million pictures like this to be had on noto...

...this was supposed to be one of those powerful 'spirit of japan' type photos with the tranquil sea, the funky japanese boat with funky japanese writing...i don't think i quite pulled it off but i still like the picture...

...on our way home we stopped for yaki nikku, aka korean bbq, aka pay a lot of money to cook your own damn food...but it was delicious and i always think it's cool when they bring a bucket of hot coals to your table, and plate upon plate of raw meat...i'm amazed this kind of restaurant hasn't caught on in the states, being the carnivorous nation we are...but i suppose in a society where people sue because their coffee is too hot, this type of thing would just be asking for trouble...
...so it's saturday night, my stomach is full of meat, i am having a beer, i finally dipped into the giant bag of peanut m&m's my lovely mother sent me for halloween, and all is well my universe for the moment...i shall be thankful and enjoy...
