Springtime in Kanazawa...

...means freshly planted rice paddies and nice sunsets...We're enjoying the month or so between winter and summer when the weather is just about perfect...warm sunny days and cool nights...Can't say I'll miss this place while I'm home over the summer as it's supposed to be quite nasty here...I'd think that Kanazawa wouldn't be so bad during the summer since it's so close to the ocean but apparently that is not the case...At any rate, it's nice here at the moment so I'm enjoying it while I can...
